Beginner Arm Workout
Shoulder Press – 10 reps
Cross Curls – 20 reps
Tricep Kickbacks – 20 reps
Upper Back Rows – 15 reps
Wall Pushups – 15 reps
Complete two rounds at a comfortable pace.
Focus on good technique and controlled movement rather than rushing through the reps.
