Although all our classes work the body as a complete unit muscularly, each class has unique traits associated with the style.

SYSTEM ATHLETICA - fat burning, leg toning, coordination, squat and lunge mechanic builder, footwork/speed, lower back support muscle activator, leg strength and endurance, reverses muscle deactivation caused by sitting down for long periods

Rico BOUNCE - detoxifying effects/lymph node activation, coordination, anaerobic + cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, core strengthener, gravity assisted “cellular” workout

Rico SHADOWBOX - flexibility and mobility, agility, footwork/speed, Martial Arts technique, coordination, power, works muscles that better posture and reverse “screen hunching”, fat burning, mentally engaging

Rico DANCE - fun, anaerobic + aerobic conditioning, mobility, timing, mentally engaging, dancing is great for core functioning and excellent for “freeing up” lower back tightness and many other tight areas associated with sitting and stationary patterns
