Rico Bounce 

Rico Bounce is a full body, fat burning, butt kicking, high energy choreographed workout to music based around the mini trampoline. Bouncing on the trampoline works the entire body against a constant force of gravity, strengthening + stabilizing it on a cellular level. This results in balanced muscle + joint contraction, detoxification & immune system strengthening, lymphatic system activation and many other health benefits. The class is low impact due to the trampolines surface and includes - bodyweight calisthenics, weights and core stabilization/ activation techniques to balance out the workout. A critical benefit of trampoline training is the ability to directly strengthen the pelvic floor muscles which are the muscles that underwork from sitting down for long periods. When these muscles are not stimulated, postural imbalances and lower back issues are common.

Rico Shadowboxing

Rico Shadowboxing is a martial arts based choreographed group exercise class to upbeat energetic music designed to strengthen your body using punches, elbows, knees, kicks & footwork combinations. Build muscle, burn calories, lose weight, tone your body, improve dynamic balance/flexibility + coordination all while passively learning martial arts techniques. The major benefit of this style of training is the fact that it requires more attention than other styles, because martial arts movements are initially difficult and require heightened senses of physical prowess - don't be put off by this though, the ability to progressively learn and be patient with technique while improving your body awareness transferable skill-sets that increase intelligence at the same time as physical well-being. These intangible effects makes Shadow one of, if not THE most powerful style of training in our opinion.   


System Athletica

System Athletica - a system of functional movements from our athletic protocols -  is a full body high intensity low impact strength & toning class to high energy music, focused around working the major movement center and fat burning muscle group – the legs. The training technologies/modalities utilized in this class include: bodyweight calisthenics, footwork, balance, cardio-respiratory endurance, elevation (step), weights/dumbbells and core stabilization/activation. System is an excellent way to lose weight & burn calories, build muscle and increase your baseline athletic potential. Co-ordination, speed, flexibility, muscular control and timing are key factors in the workout design and unique benefits of adding System Athletica to your exercise routine.

Barbell Energy

Barbell Energy is a complete weightlifting and cardiovascular workout designed for strength, muscle building, toning, cardio and flexibility. The class is comprised of 75% weights/strength work, 25% cardio/athletic movement patterns and is executed to popular + energetic music. This combination allows the muscles to work hard in the lifts and actively recover during the cardio segments which focus on anaerobic speed, balance, timing, footwork & coordination. The techniques used in Barbell Energy include: Weightlifting - bar + freeweights, step & athletic movements, bodyweight calisthenics & extensive core development (abs, butt, hamstrings & inner thighs).

Rico Dance

Rico Dance is a choreographed group fitness class to music that will take you on a trip around the world of dance, give you a great workout and actually teach you how to dance. Merengue. Salsa, Mambo, Pop, Jazz, Rock n’ Roll/ Rockabilly, Disco, Hip Hop, Raggaeton & Dance Hall are the styles represented in Rico Dance. Burning calories, losing weight, toning your body, improving dynamic balance/flexibility, coordination and brain stimulation are all excellent reasons to add Dance to your workout regime. Like Shadowboxing Dance represents a progressive style of learning which increases brain activity due to the initial difficulty of the movements. Dancing has been proven time and time again to be an effect means of physical development and before you think "I cant dance" just remember - neither could anyone else when they started.
