Rico Bounce

A high-energy full-body workout performed on the mini trampoline.
Bounce training strengthens muscles, improves coordination and activates stabilizing systems throughout the body while remaining low-impact on joints.

Example session from the Rico Shadowboxing program.

Rico Shadowboxing

A martial arts inspired workout built around punches, elbows, knees and footwork combinations.

Shadowboxing develops strength, coordination, balance and conditioning while teaching real striking mechanics. The choreography gradually builds skill and timing so the body learns to move efficiently under rhythm and pressure.

It’s one of the most engaging ways to train because the movements demand both physical effort and mental focus.

System Athletica

A functional training system designed to develop athletic capacity.

System Athletica combines bodyweight movements, footwork, step training and strength work to build speed, coordination and endurance. The workouts target the major movement patterns of the body while improving balance, rhythm and muscular control.

The result is a training style that builds real-world fitness rather than isolated gym strength.

Example session from the System Athletica program.

Barbell Energy

A strength-based training session built around barbell movements.

Barbell Energy combines traditional lifting patterns with dynamic training segments to build muscle, strength and cardiovascular capacity in the same workout. Heavy work phases develop strength while faster segments challenge coordination and stamina.

This approach allows the body to build strength without sacrificing movement quality or endurance.

Example session from the Barbell Energy program.

Rico Dance

A choreographed fitness program that teaches dance while delivering a full-body workout.

Rico Dance blends styles from around the world including Latin, hip hop, disco and pop choreography. The routines gradually build coordination, rhythm and movement confidence while improving cardiovascular fitness.

Many people start for the workout and stay because learning the movements is genuinely fun.

Example session from the Stretch 4 Living program.

Streth 4 Living

A mobility and flexibility system designed to restore movement and reduce muscular tension.

These routines focus on common tight areas created by modern lifestyles including hips, shoulders and the spine. The exercises help lengthen muscles, improve posture and restore balance to the body.

Even short sessions can make a noticeable difference in how the body moves and feels.
