A short movement practice to build rhythm, timing and coordination.
Why practise simple rhythm?
Shadowboxing isn't just about throwing punches.
Before combinations come rhythm.
Learning to move comfortably from one foot to the other helps develop timing, balance and coordination.
The goal isn't speed.
The goal is becoming comfortable moving.
Relax.
Stay light on your feet.
Let your body organise itself naturally.
Every repetition teaches your nervous system a little more about rhythm and weight transfer.
Keep practising. 💚
Keep going.
If the movement felt easy...
Great.
Repeat it.
If it felt awkward...
That's okay too.
Learning begins where movement feels unfamiliar.
There's no rush.
Practise often.
Stay relaxed.
Let your body learn.
