Your First Rico Session

This short session introduces how Rico training works.

You’ll complete 2 rounds of the exercises shown in the video.

What you need:
• A pair of light dumbbells
• A small space to move
• About 20 minutes

New to training? No problem.

Move at your own pace.
Pause the video if needed.

The goal is simply to get moving and learn the structure.

20-minute Foundation Session

Today’s Foundation Workout

Complete 2 rounds:

1️⃣ Squat Press — 20 reps each side
2️⃣ Running Arms — 1 minute
3️⃣ Tricep Extension to Squat — 15 reps
4️⃣ Row + Opposite Leg Kick — 20 reps each side
5️⃣ Push-up with Back Kick — 10 reps

Take 30–60 seconds rest between rounds.
