System Athletica Mix 11 is a full-body conditioning workout built around coordinated movement patterns, athletic footwork and muscular endurance training. Filmed in 2017, this mix combines classic Rico Group Fitness athletic training concepts with a soundtrack that moves from high-energy work tracks through to a relaxed cooldown finish.

The workout develops balance, timing, rhythm and movement confidence while challenging the legs, hips, shoulders, arms and core through structured movement patterns. Each section is designed to train both sides of the body evenly, helping improve coordination, control and confidence on the non-dominant side.

Athletic tracks are blended with dedicated shoulder, bicep, inner-thigh and abdominal conditioning segments, creating a complete full-body training session that remains accessible to a wide range of fitness levels.

The result is a workout that develops movement capacity, muscular endurance and coordination while maintaining the rhythm-driven style that defined early System Athletica programming.
