System Athletica Mix 2 is a full-body conditioning workout built around athletic movement patterns, rhythm-based coordination training and muscular endurance development. Filmed in 2014, this mix represents one of the earliest System Athletica releases and showcases the foundations that would later shape the Rico Group Fitness training system.
The workout combines athletic conditioning, balance training, rhythm, timing and full-body movement patterns designed to improve confidence, coordination and overall movement capacity. Each section is performed evenly on both sides of the body, helping develop control and awareness while challenging the legs, hips, shoulders, arms and core.
Dedicated shoulder, tricep, glute and abdominal conditioning tracks are blended with athletic movement sequences to create a complete training session that develops both movement quality and muscular endurance. The low-impact structure allows participants to train hard while maintaining control and coordination throughout the workout.
The soundtrack reflects the energetic fitness culture of the era, combining dance, club and athletic tracks that help drive movement quality, rhythm and workout intensity from start to finish.
As one of the original System Athletica releases, Mix 2 provides a unique look at the early evolution of the program while still delivering a challenging and enjoyable full-body workout.
