ATHLETIC MOVEMENT

A low-impact conditioning workout built around mini trampoline training, functional movement and light resistance exercises. Bounce Mix #11 blends energetic cardio intervals with dedicated strength blocks to develop coordination, balance and athletic movement.

Alternating between Energy Bounce, Power Bounce, Sprint n' Bounce and Squats n' Bounce, this session combines lower-body conditioning with targeted upper-body exercises including back, shoulders, triceps, chest and inner thigh work. The trampoline is used as both a movement platform and a versatile training tool throughout the workout.

Designed with user-controlled intensity and beginner-friendly options, Bounce helps improve fitness, confidence and capability while remaining kind to the knees and joints.

BOUNCE SETUP

This class can be performed on either spring or bungee rebounders.

Spring systems create a quicker, more reactive bounce that emphasises rhythm and rebound.

Bungee systems provide a softer landing with increased muscular control and stability demands.

Both systems work well—the class is designed to let you train at your own pace.
