ATHLETIC MOVEMENT

Bounce Mix #10 is a low-impact conditioning workout built around mini trampoline training, functional movement and light resistance exercises. Alternating between Energy Bounce and Power Bounce intervals, this session develops coordination, balance and athletic movement while remaining gentle on the knees and joints.

Dedicated strength tracks target the entire upper body, glutes and biceps, while Squats n' Bounce and Power Bounce blocks build lower-body endurance and muscular control. The trampoline is used as both a movement platform and a versatile training tool throughout the workout.

Designed with user-controlled intensity and beginner-friendly options, Bounce helps build confidence, fitness and capability at your own pace.

BOUNCE SETUP

This class can be performed on either spring or bungee rebounders.

Spring systems create a quicker, more reactive bounce that emphasises rhythm and rebound.

Bungee systems provide a softer landing with increased muscular control and stability demands.

Both systems work well—the class is designed to let you train at your own pace.
