ATHLETIC MOVEMENT

Originally developed as Rebound, Bounce is a low-impact conditioning workout built around mini trampoline training, functional movement and light resistance exercises. Bounce Mix #2 combines explosive cardio intervals with targeted strength work to develop coordination, balance and athletic movement.

Alternating between Power Bounce, Sprint and lower-body strength tracks, this session incorporates chest, tricep, shoulder and rear delt exercises while using the trampoline as both a movement platform and versatile training tool.

Designed with user-controlled intensity and scalable options, Bounce helps improve fitness, confidence and capability while remaining kind to the knees and joints.

BOUNCE SETUP

This class can be performed on either spring or bungee rebounders.

Spring systems create a quicker, more reactive bounce that emphasises rhythm and rebound.

Bungee systems provide a softer landing with increased muscular control and stability demands.

Both systems work well—the class is designed to let you train at your own pace.
